SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Slow fashion takes time. Still, we try our best to ship your orders to you as quickly and seamlessly as possible.


DOMESTIC SHIPPING

  • We factor shipping charges into our prices. However, orders can be expedited on request for a charge of INR 150 per item.

  • Products made to order will entail a different processing and shipping schedule, which will be made known to you on inquiry.

  • Orders once placed are processed within 5 business days of payment.

  • Once the packet is shipped it takes around 7 to 14 days to reach you.

  • Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. In case of modifications, kindly drop us a mail at hello@mynadi.in within 24 hours of placing the order, clearly stating your name, order number, and revised shipping details.

RETURNS, REPLACEMENTS, EXCHANGES, CANCELLATION

Handmade products may have certain irregularities, which only adds to its beauty, and may vary slightly from the images depicted in our store. While we try our best to remain as accurate and consistent as possible, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.


Before you consider returning a product, please understand that all our raw material is handmade by traditional craftspersons in rural India and manufactured by skilled tailors in Goa. As a result. Each product is carefully crafted, unique, and ever so slightly different from each other.


- Particles of cotton seeds often appear in between.

- Tiny knots and thread-pulls in the fabric are a natural part of the process.

- Slight difference in colour is very common and unavoidable in natural dyeing processes.

- Minor irregularities in the stitches and embroideries.

- An uneven selvedge of woven products.


Nevertheless in the rarest case if you wish to return a product, below is the process:

We work with trusted delivery partners. In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, or there is an issue in size you should email us the details along with a picture within 24 hours of receiving your order.

On confirmation over email from us, you will need to ship the product back to our address at your own expense. We will replace the returned item or grant you store credit for the price of the returned garment. Shipping charges of 150/- per item will be applicable incase of replacement.


Our products are carefully inspected for quality and standards before leaving our warehouse, as well as when returned to us.


Return Policy

  • The onus to return an item is on the buyer. We accept returns within 15 days of delivery. Garment must be unworn with tags intact. Upon inspection, refunds will be granted as store credits / vouchers and do not include delivery fees. Write to hello@mynadi.in and we will send you the necessary shipping information. Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

  • Items should be returned unused and with all tags still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Please inform us via email in the event any Goods/Products are delivered without tags and/or damaged.



Exchange Policy

Our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase please follow the instructions below:

  • Items to be exchanged need to be sent to the addresses given below within 15 days of receiving the goods.

  • The value of the exchange order cannot be lesser than the original order. However, it can be more, with the difference to be paid by the customer.

  • Shipping charges will not be refunded and customers are required to pay for the shipping costs to return the goods to the return address.


Exchange will be done only in the following cases:

  • Sizing issues for garments, only for unused products. Please review our size guides carefully before making your purchase.

  • However, please note that a tolerance of fitting should be acceptable as all garments are manually stitched.

  • Genuine quality issues of the product like unusably defective materials only.

  • In case the product shipped is the wrong item or not as per order.


No exchange or refund will be accepted in the following reasons

  • Due to minor design variations, since with handmade products there will always be some variation between products.

  • Colour variations from what is seen on the computer and actual product. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the Site. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be completely accurate.

  • Goods returned to us in used/damaged conditions


Refunds will be done only in the following cases:

  • Packages lost in transit.

  • In case the product shipped is the wrong item or not as per order.


No refunds/ exchanges will be given in the following cases:

  • Incorrect or outdated delivery address including any form of a PO Box address.

  • After 3 failed delivery attempts by the courier.

  • Package refused by recipient.

  • Products returned in a used or damaged condition.

  • On custom orders and items bought on sale

  • Note: exchange and Refunds will only be made after we have received the returned shipment except if the package has been lost in transit.

Office hours are 10 AM to 6 PM IST (Indian Standard Time) Monday to Friday, and 10 AM to 1 PM on Saturdays. We are closed on Sundays and on bank/ national holidays.

CANCELLATION POLICY


If, for any reason, you wish to cancel your order, please send us an email request within 24 hours of purchase. Your cancellation will be processed internally and your money will be refunded to you within 7 days.
